1. Can I return or exchange a product?
   
   We will accept return products within 7 days of the date that the customer receives the goods. Products must be in perfect condition and have our complete tags. Goods must never be worn, washed, or damaged.
   
   
   
2. How to return or exchange items

4. What is your return policy?
   

• Incorrect Size: the customer is responsible to pay for the return postage. Bunne & Mamalade will cover the re-shipping back to the customer.
  
  
• Defective product: Bunne & Mamalade will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any product within 30 days of the product purchase.
  
  
• Items cannot be exchanged for money or be exchanged with other types of items. 
  
  
• For international orders, the company will not accept any returns or exchanges.
