1. How much do you charge for shipping?
   
   Orders in Thailand:
   
   
   • For orders over 3,000 THB we offer free shipping!
     
     
   • For orders less than 3,000 THB, we will ship via EMS or DHL (80 THB).
     
     
   
   International Orders
   
   
   • For International Orders, we ship via DHL. The rate of your shipping be will be charged according to the order size and end location. For more information regarding international delivery, please contact [email protected]
     
     
     
2. How long does the shipment take?
   
   Depending on your location, shipping in Thailand will take approximately 1-2 days by EMS/DHL.
   
   For international orders, the time will range from 7-21 days depending on the selected delivery method (Standard or Express).
   
   
   
3. Can I ship overseas?
   
   Yes, our Bunne and Mamalade products can be shipped worldwide.
   
   
   
4. Who is responsible for customs duties or import duties?
   
   We are not responsible for duties or import taxes that each country may have. Please check with your local delivery carrier for final tax prices.
   
   
   
5. How to track order and check delivery status?
   
   You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after payment.
   
   You will receive another email within 24-48 hours to track delivery information.
