Returns & Exchanges

  1. Can I return or exchange a product?

    We accept returns within 7 days from date of delivery. The product must be in their original condition with their garment tags and labels in place. The garments must be unworn, unwashed, or damaged.

  4. What is your return policy?
  • Incorrect Sizing: the customer must pay for the return postage. Bunne & Mamalade will cover the new shipping back to the customer.

  • Defective Product: Bunne & Mamalade will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any product within 30 days of the product purchase.

  • Items cannot be returned for cash, exchanged for another item, or exchanged for store credit.

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow exchange or refund for international shipping. All international sales are final.
